The position will be responsible for: Call monitoring · Identifying training needs · Hourly KPI's · Getting reports ready for 1:1's · Coordinating and conducting 1:1 meetings with staff · Planning and facilitating team meetings · Identifying training needs of staff · Motivating and coaching staff · Additional duties as requested by Principal Leader · Attending Management Team meetings · Achieving personal sales targets and KPI’s There will be training and support given.
